THE ROLE
We’re seeking an experienced, organized and detail-oriented Digital Media Operations Specialist to join our Bogota team to oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including a strong focus on Paid Search, plus Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X), Programmatic, and more.
The ideal candidate will bring specific expertise in crafting, optimizing and executing multi-location PPC campaigns (and ideally paid social and programmatic campaigns), a deep skillset in campaign analytics and preferably experience within an agency setting. This role involves ensuring campaign execution is smooth, performance-driven, and backed by insights for continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Execution & Management:
– Lead and manage digital campaigns across platforms including Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic.
– Ensure campaigns are timely, budget-correct, and optimized for maximum performance.
– Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and creatives to achieve KPIs and client objectives.
– Coordinate with the Digital Operations Lead to align on campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Optimization & Reporting:
– Regularly report on campaign progress and performance by producing data that supports regular client briefings.
– Provide accurate performance reports to internal teams and clients
– Contribute to the development of reporting tools including custom analytics dashboards.
Project Management & Multitasking:
– Manage multiple campaigns and projects, meeting deadlines and expectations.
– Prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
– Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams to align on campaign execution.
Collaboration & Communication:
– Partner with internal teams (creative, strategy, analytics) to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing strategies.
– Work with account managers and clients to meet campaign objectives.
– Identify and address any campaign issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Experience:
– 4+ years in digital advertising or performance marketing, ideally in a marketing agency.
– Proficiency with major digital advertising platforms (PPC, and also Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Programmatic) with strong, multi-location Paid Search experience.
– Knowledge of performance marketing best practices for achieving key objectives, with healthcare experience a plus.
– Fluent in English and ability to communicate with team members and clients.
Skills & Abilities:
– Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
– Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
– Analytical skills with experience in campaign metrics and reporting.
– Familiarity with digital marketing trends and platform features.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for data analysis.
