Description:
The role:
We’re expanding our Marketing Team and are looking for an experienced Digital Platforms Manager to oversee our website and customer apps, ensuring a seamless and optimised customer experience that drives conversions and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily management of Lite n’ Easy’s website and customer app, ensuring that they deliver excellent user experiences and support marketing objectives.
• Act as the central liaison between marketing, creative and development teams to ensure projects are executed on time, on brand and meet business goals.
• Ensure all website and app content aligns with the Lite n’ Easy brand, maintaining consistency in messaging and customer interactions across digital platforms.
• Implement a data-driven, test-and-learn approach to continually enhance website and app performance.
• Use customer insights to refine the user journey, driving sales conversions and boosting retention.
• Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction across platforms

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience managing digital platforms, including websites and customer apps.
• A solid understanding of UX/UI design, content management systems (CMS) and app development.
• Expertise in maintaining on-brand messaging and content consistency across platforms.
• Strong collaboration skills with marketing as well as develop teams to align on project goals and brand vision.
• A data-driven approach to performance analysis with a test-and-learn methodology to drive ongoing optimisation.
• Ability to analyse and report on sales metrics, customer engagement and conversion rates to identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Proficiency in recognising risks, managing timelines, and communicating effectively with senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience with website analytics (GA4 and / or Insightech), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Tableau.
• A strong understanding of SEO and CRO strategies.
• Experience in app development or management within an eCommerce or B2C business.
• A passion for data-driven decision-making to drive business outcomes.
