What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Partner with business teams to understand customer needs, align on scope, and manage product development roadmaps
• Collect and analyze customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive information
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs to inform product strategies
• Own end-to-end digital and data journeys, collaborating with design teams to create user experiences and prototypes
• Identify and manage product/process improvements, fostering innovation within the team

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of Product Management experience with progressive responsibilities
• At least 5 years of experience utilizing design thinking
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile methodologies related to product management
• Proven ability to create lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master’s degree or MBA
• Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) Product Management
• Background in the healthcare technology industry
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma
• Certification as a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (SAFe POPM)
