Digital Project Manager (Remote)

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Project Manager, with background and experience in industry 4.0 solutions, to lead and manage projects of new clients, leading multidisciplinary teams that propose and implement Shapes solutions. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in industry 4.0 projects in industrial environment related to Operations & Maintenance and skilled in advanced data analytics to assure our solutions are delivered within the schedule, quality and budget, generating value to the clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Propose and implement Shapes solutions to our clients leveraging knowledge of the multidisciplinary team members to deliver the best solutions.
• Manage projects life cycle, since conception until delivery, planning and controlling execution aligned with companys and clients expectations holding accountability of budget, scope and schedule.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams fostering a collaborative environment and efficiently communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and control project schedules, scope, resources allocation and related costs.
• Perform periodic reports and lead presentations with external clients different levels and Shapes stakeholders.
• Control and propose changes to the projects whenever needed, leveraging knowledge and experience in industrial environment to support technical and business decisions.
• Apply best practices in project management in all phases.
• Identification of improvement opportunities to generate value to our customers.
• Monitor routine activities with high predictability and short-term impact.
• Monitor support demands.

Requirements

• Graduation in Engineering Mechanical, Electrical, Electronical, Automation and correlated, or Computer Science/Engineering.
• Experience with B2B Software Project Management roles and/or Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, etc.)
• Experience with Industry 4.0 projects, since sensors, DCS, SCADA, historians and data integration involving different softwares (ERPs, CMMSs, etc).
• Relevant experience in capital intensive industry, preferably in Operations & Maintenance.
• Proficiency in MS Project
• Knowledge of Agile culture.
• Advanced/Fluent English
• Nice-to-have (plus):

• Knowledge of Python, SQL
• Knowledge of Lean Six-Sigma
