Role Description
- Planning and execution of assigned digital projects for the client
- Defining Project Scope, Budget Management, Timeline Creation,
- Task Delegation and Resource Management
- Conducting regular meetings with project team to discuss project progress, gather feedback, and address concerns
- Providing clients with regular status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and any changes to the project scope or timeline
- Oversee the creation process, cooperation with Web Publishers team, ensuring that the outcome meets client requirements
- Ensure all functionalities work as intended, conducting quality checks
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, working with the development team to resolve them promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in Digital field – at least 3 years
- Project management experience at least 2 years
- Experience with digital assets
- Experience in working with clients for at least 2 years – Pro-client attitude and professionalism, high personal culture and communication skills, ability to handle/solve difficult situations
- Advanced level of English – at least C1
- Independence and proactive approach
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Attention to detail and quality control skills
- Easiness to learn new tools and technologies
- Being a team player with a sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned
- Knowledge of excel and project management tools ( especially Asana)
- Assertiveness and courage in presenting your ideas
- Self-Control and resilience to stressful situations, being able to handle a demanding client
- Flexibility in approach – adapting based on the client’s personality and the specific situation
