Role Description

  • Planning and execution of assigned digital projects for the client
  • Defining Project Scope, Budget Management, Timeline Creation,
  • Task Delegation and Resource Management
  • Conducting regular meetings with project team to discuss project progress, gather feedback, and address concerns
  • Providing clients with regular status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and any changes to the project scope or timeline
  • Oversee the creation process, cooperation with Web Publishers team, ensuring that the outcome meets client requirements
  • Ensure all functionalities work as intended, conducting quality checks
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, working with the development team to resolve them promptly

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Digital field – at least 3 years
  • Project management experience at least 2 years
  • Experience with digital assets
  • Experience in working with clients for at least 2 years – Pro-client attitude and professionalism, high personal culture and communication skills, ability to handle/solve difficult situations
  • Advanced level of English – at least C1
  • Independence and proactive approach
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Easiness to learn new tools and technologies
  • Being a team player with a sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned
  • Knowledge of excel and project management tools ( especially Asana)
  • Assertiveness and courage in presenting your ideas
  • Self-Control and resilience to stressful situations, being able to handle a demanding client
  • Flexibility in approach – adapting based on the client’s personality and the specific situation
