    What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

    • Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation in the performance marketing space
    • Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
    • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using inclusive recruiting practices and various sourcing strategies
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices
    • Stay updated on industry trends, managing multiple job requisitions simultaneously

    What Is Required (Qualifications)

    • 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a performance marketing agency
    • Proven experience in recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, and related fields
    • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to enhance efficiency
    • Experience recruiting across multiple countries, including the U.S., Mexico, Canada, and the UK
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

    • Experience in creating detailed sourcing plans using advanced Boolean searches and market research
    • Self-motivated and competitive with a proven track record of achieving personal and team objectives
    • Basic knowledge of compliance and legal requirements across various countries
