Key Responsibilities

- Mentor and lead social media specialists, fostering their professional growth.
- Conduct client meetings, including intake sessions and regular updates, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
- Uphold high service standards and consistently meet service commitments.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Equip clients with the necessary training and resources to manage their social media channels effectively.
- Offer strategic recommendations based on analytics and audience insights for optimizing social media messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to apply your knowledge for client benefit.
- Utilize social media management tools such as Salesforce Social Studio and Sprout Social for campaign monitoring and optimization.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure all content resonates with clients’ messaging.
- Support strategies that drive web traffic, enhance brand awareness, and cultivate client relationships.
Required Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in digital and social media marketing, with a preference for candidates with healthcare or public health experience.
- Proven ability to utilize social media for advocacy and business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Proficiency with analytics tools and the ability to articulate performance results effectively.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing custom social media strategies with measurable impact.
- A proactive self-starter with strong leadership qualities and a passion for mentoring.
- Excellent multitasking, time management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with effective presentation abilities.
- Willingness to adapt to the demands of events or breaking news outside regular working hours.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an agency or client services environment is valuable.
