We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Digital Strategist to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge digital campaigns.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Digital Strategist to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge digital campaigns.
As a Digital Strategist at Colour, you will work closely with our clients to develop, execute, and optimize integrated digital media strategies across a range of channels including SEM, programmatic, and social media. With a focus on healthcare and pharma marketing, you will leverage your knowledge of digital advertising to create impactful campaigns that drive results for our clients.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on digital campaign management, and client-facing account management. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring that they align with client goals, and supporting the broader team in building and nurturing strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution:
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies across platforms such as SEM, programmatic, and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Manage the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns, including keyword research, targeting, bidding strategies, and budget management.
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate insights to inform future strategies and optimizations.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine campaigns and improve ROI.
Client Account Management:
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, managing communication and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through regular updates, campaign reporting, and strategy recommendations.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication between clients, partner agencies, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Provide clients with regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Monitor industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and platform changes to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of digital strategy in healthcare and pharma marketing.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to track campaign performance and ROI, offering solutions for improvement as needed.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with internal teams to brainstorm, strategize, and develop creative assets that align with campaign goals.
- Assist senior strategists and account managers with the development of larger-scale campaigns and long-term strategy planning.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital strategy, media planning, and execution within a digital media agency, with direct hands-on and in-platform experience managing SEM, programmatic, and social media advertising campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, DSPs, etc.), and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar analytics tools.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex digital strategies and performance data to clients clearly and effectively. Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools like Slides/Powerpoint is a must.
- Project Management: Experience with project management tools and processes, including the ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Healthcare/Pharma Experience: Preferred but not required. Experience working with healthcare or pharmaceutical clients will be an asset.
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
