IF YOU ARE

  • Qualified with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Information Technology, Business, or related discipline)
  • Experienced in marketing and sales for IT Consulting or IT Management Consulting, working with regional or global consulting firms (Big 4, SIs, or boutiques), with demonstrated success in delivery, business development, and growth
  • Skilled in combining consulting, sales, and delivery expertise
  • Used to working in large, high-performance teams within matrix organizations
  • Unrivalled in creating and executing digital or technology-driven client transformation programs, driving strategies, optimization, and modernization
  • Accomplished in developing and expanding client relationships, with a focus on executive-level engagement
  • Experienced in at least one industry such as financial services, consumer, travel, media, communications, energy, or healthcare/life sciences, knowledgeable of its trends, challenges, solutions, market dynamics, and competition
  • Understanding modern engineering practices (agile, cloud-native, DevOps) and operations models (observability, automated response, SRE)
  • Energetic, straightforward, and performance-driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit, perseverance, and strong commercial and execution abilities
  • A fast learner navigating complex, dynamic environments with initiative, ownership, and follow-through
  • Skilled at meeting challenging project deadlines and delivering in a change-oriented environments
  • Viewing the big picture while maintaining attention to detail
  • Certified in one or more areas such as Design Thinking, Service Design, CDTP, PMP, SCM, SAFe, TOGAF, CCMP, CISA, CISSP, AWS/Microsoft/GCP clouds, PMP/PRINCE2, ITIL, CISSP/CISM, Agile/DevOps, or CBAP/Six Sigma

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Travel as needed for the business
  • Assess the client’s business and digital ecosystem, recommending strategies for customer engagement, sales and marketing productivity, service/product management, and delivery excellence
  • Lead and deliver client engagements that drive digital transformation by leveraging the most effective technologies and platforms
  • Adapt to evolving business landscapes and emerging technologies, applying strategic problem-solving to overcome challenges and achieve successful outcomes
  • Manage large-scale digital transformation programs, ensuring delivery of expected value on time, within scope and budget, with a focus on quality and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Align high-level goals and outcomes, managing their interdependencies and mitigating risks within the program
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and C-suite executives, offering strategic insights and implementation guidance to influence decision-making and gain support for transformation initiatives
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve shared objectives
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and executive boards, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the transformation journey
