Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential advertisers and collaborators for our media platforms.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ business goals and articulate the distinctive value of our media solutions.
- Create and implement cross-platform media strategies that seamlessly integrate digital, premium print, and influencer-driven initiatives to produce impactful campaigns.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including editorial, content creators, and production, to craft compelling presentations and proposals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of motorsports media.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales progress, forecast revenue, and ensure clear communication with clients.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and strengthen relationships.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in advertising/media sales.
- A minimum of 5 years of strategic media sales experience, demonstrating a proven track record in consultative sales, with familiarity in the motorsports sector considered advantageous.
- Exceptional ability to engage and persuade stakeholders at various levels, particularly executives and decision-makers.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex media solutions effectively.
- Proven experience in prospecting, cold calling, and managing the complete sales cycle.

Compensation And Benefits
The compensation range for this position is between (115,000 and )135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and location. There is substantial earning potential through performance-based commissions and bonuses, with opportunities for additional earnings of up to $43,000 per year. Exceptional performance can lead to unlimited earning potential. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
