OTR Performance is a leader in the trucking industry, offering a cutting-edge, subscription-based diagnostics solution that helps trucking companies keep their owner-operators and fleets on the road and running smoothly. We are on an ambitious journey to triple our revenue over the next two years, and we need a strategic, hands-on marketing leader to take us there.

As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive demand, scale our marketing operations, and build a world-class marketing team. Reporting directly to the leadership team, you’ll be a key player in shaping the future of OTR Performance.

What You’ll Do

• Own and develop the marketing strategy with a laser focus on growth, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
• Lead and scale the existing marketing team (currently a generalist and content/video specialist) and hire new talent as needed.
• Design multi-channel campaigns that drive high-quality leads, including content marketing, digital ads, SEO, email, social media, and partnerships.
• Optimize the sales funnel and improve conversion rates across all touchpoints (e.g., website, paid ads, organic search).
• Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to continually test, measure, and optimize results.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
• Analyze and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS marketing, with a proven track record of driving significant growth in ARR.
• Expertise in growth marketing, demand generation, inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
• Experience leading and scaling small marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of B2C and B2B sales funnels, customer journeys, and SaaS-specific metrics (CAC, LTV, ARR, MRR).
• Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams while being hands-on when needed.
• A growth-oriented mindset, always seeking ways to improve and drive results.

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
