Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an exceptional candidate for an exciting opportunity to lead the UK&I team, a high-flying team of travel & hospitality professionals and to continually improve the Aspire Executive Airport Lounge offering to meet our ambition of being the Best Airport Lounge provider globally.

This is a senior role reporting directly to the CEO. You will be a key member of the UK&I ELT, responsible for a multimillion pound P&L and a significant Cap Ex budget. Your will lead an SLT of Direct Reports across key functions and an overall staff headcount of 230. This role is supported by Functional BP’s across finance, commercial, HR, QHSE, procurement, planning & performance and training. As the leader of the UK&I lounge business line this role is ultimately responsible for driving financial performance & operational brand standards to exceed the expectations of our board and our guests.

In addition, Aspire Executive Lounges operate across six global regions and as part of this role you will contribute to, and deliver the overall Global strategy, working closely with the global team to improve performance & experience.
