JETNET is hiring an experienced Director of Marketing based in Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba to take the lead on our marketing strategy, ensuring consistent growth and an impactful brand presence across our portfolio in the aviation data space. Major Areas of Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy focused on both organic and inorganic growth. Lead brand initiatives, including a potential rebranding, and create compelling, sector-specific messaging.

Demand Generation: Oversee demand generation activities, including event marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and email campaigns to maximize lead generation for new business and expansion efforts.

Performance Optimization: Establish KPIs, track campaign metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Content Creation: Lead content development, producing high-value assets like white papers, case studies, and blog posts to engage our target audience.

Team & Vendor Management: Inspire, hire, and manage a high-performing marketing team and external vendors to deliver consistent, impactful results.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Strong leadership skills with experience managing high performance teams and marketing budgets.
7-10 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, ideally within aviation or data solutions sectors.
Proven success in driving lead generation and business growth through strategic marketing campaigns.
Excellent analytical abilities and experience in using data to drive marketing strategy.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on trends and best practices.
Understanding of diverse work environments and the ability to work with a global workforce.
