About the location:
AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. For fitness enthusiasts, the property will offer a bespoke collaboration with fitness trainer Harley Pasternak to seamlessly merge high-performance training with the limitless potential of Triple Bay’s 300 hectares (741 acres) of untouched hills, wadis, and beaches. The pristine terrain includes trails perfect for canyoning and exploring the rugged cliffs and valleys. Guests and residents can also take part in an array of guided hikes, mountain biking, and equestrian bridle trails, or work on their game at the spectacular 27-hole oceanfront golf course.
Director of Marketing – Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay
The Role of Director of Marketing
• We currently have an opportunity for Director of Marketing to join our Four Seasons Resort at Amaala, Triple Bay opening team!
• Reporting to the General Manager, you will be an integral member of the Hotel Leadership team that is collectively responsible for making key strategic and operational decisions for the hotel.
• The Director of Marketing oversees all marketing activities with the support of teams including Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations and Public Relations.
• This leadership role focuses on all Sales, Marketing, and product development activities to ensure strategies yield maximum revenue per room occupied, and support brand clarity (DNA).
• In collaboration with your General Manager, you will provide direction on pricing, revenue management, MarCom, Rooms sales strategy and tactics.
• You will be responsible for developing and implementing the Annual Sales and Marketing Plan and budget process, analyzing the property’s capabilities and identifying the direct sales, advertising and public relations programs to attract business, developing marketing programs, managing hotel presence and content across all communication channels, developing the Public Relations strategy, and crafting Social Media strategy and distribution outlets along with overseeing updates and execution in collaboration with your PR Director.
• You will have a special talent for building, leading, coaching, training, and developing a strong team; ensuring our employees feel at home and receive the highest levels of support and care along with creating a great workplace for all great people to deliver great experiences.
Requirements:
• Sales and marketing experience with strong revenue and budget management skills, exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and confidence with your team and your stakeholders.
• A strategist who understands the luxury market, customer, and travel preferences; the ability to think critically and evaluate best possible solutions and resources to implement priorities and manage multiple initiatives; have an exceptional eye for detail, and a creative flair; bringing your personal touch and energy to our hotel.
• Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in the Amaala Triple Bay, Saudi Arabia.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
