We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wireless/Mobility Seller to join our team and drive our distribution partnerships to new heights.
Job Summary:
The Regional Director – Mobility Partnerships will be responsible for developing and managing strategic distribution partnerships to expand our market reach and drive sales growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the wireless and mobility industry, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in sales and partnership management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic distribution partnerships to enhance market penetration and revenue growth.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales through distribution channels by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of distribution partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with distribution partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management within the wireless/mobility industry.
- Education: Experience above or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- REQUIREMENT: Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and clean background check.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of wireless and mobility products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Travel: This is an “outside” sales role that will be performed in the field, 90% +, locally.
