Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a considerable volume of incoming prospect communications, guiding them through to a successful closure.
- Enhance and manage the company’s client database by connecting with existing clients and reaching out to decision-makers within targeted leads.
- Articulate our services with genuine passion, ensuring alignment with clients’ needs and preferences.
- Lead the development and presentation of tailored proposals for prospective clients.
- Execute and manage both inbound and outbound email and call outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support efforts with paid media partners.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development sessions as required.
- Attend client virtual events as necessary to foster relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Proven track record as a high-achieving professional with at least 2 years of experience in sales or event planning.
- Strong telephone communication skills and aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience engaging with a diverse range of businesses, from small enterprises to large corporations, with the capability to negotiate six-figure contracts.
- Optimistic, enthusiastic, and ready to tackle challenges head-on.
- Highly resourceful, self-directed, and organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software is essential.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales and/or event planning is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
