Job Description:
Gravity is in search of a Director of Sales to helm the Digital Transformation division. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in steering sales initiatives and forging strategic alliances. Collaborating closely with the Head of Sales, you’ll spearhead revenue generation for the company. The targeted revenue for this role is $4 million USD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify target market segments and key potential clients for Digital Transformation.
- Build a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Lead the sales team and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in target companies to promote Gravity’s B2B offerings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of eCommerce Digital transformation.
- Sales team management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the product and Marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts for maximum impact.
Desired Skills:
- More than 10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the B2B software industry
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Post Graduate in MBA Marketing or MSc Marketing Preferred

Assignment:
Create a comprehensive 4-quarter plan (PPT), focusing on achieving key business objectives. The plan should cover revenue targets, team building strategies, and product positioning with go-to-market strategies (GTMS) for Ecommerce, Cloud and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in one international market.
