We are seeking a results-driven Digital Director with a strong specialization in e-commerce and a proven track record in performance-based marketing. The ideal candidate will possess deep in-platform expertise with Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google, and demonstrate the ability to drive success through real-time optimization, data analysis, and consistent performance reporting. Our client, a fast-growing agency with over 10 years of success, is looking for a proactive leader who understands the importance of daily reporting on client metrics to continuously drive growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Platform Expertise:
- Utilize advanced knowledge of Meta and Google platforms to ensure optimal performance and ROI for all e-commerce campaigns.
- Regularly review platform changes and emerging features to stay competitive and maximize campaign success.
Daily Performance Reporting:
- Provide daily, detailed reporting on campaign performance, ensuring key client metrics are met or exceeded.
- Offer channel-specific insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis to inform strategy and improve results.
Trend Identification & Optimization:
- Constantly monitor market trends and platform performance to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Optimize campaigns in real-time to maximize ROI and ensure KPIs are consistently achieved or surpassed.
Strategic Investment & Bid Management:
- Advise on and manage budget allocation across Meta and Google platforms, ensuring the most effective investment strategy.
- Execute real-time bid optimizations to maintain cost-effective delivery and enhance performance.
Hands-On Campaign Execution:
- Lead the execution of high-performing digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business and client objectives.
- Develop and implement granular, channel-specific strategies to drive measurable results.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, analytics) to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of performance-based growth and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on e-commerce.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta and Google for e-commerce brands.
Skills:
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on performance-based metrics and real-time optimizations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating data insights into actionable strategies.
