Job Overview
The Distribution Sales Manager plays a critical role in the global strategy, focusing on managing and nurturing relationships with distribution partners across the USA, Europe, India, and Korea. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen, where the selected candidate will provide both commercial and technical support to distributors and end customers. The successful candidate will leverage their experience in functional ingredients to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction, contributing significantly to the employers ongoing growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with distribution partners in designated regions.
- Provide commercial and technical support to distributors and end customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Deliver training sessions and product presentations to distributors and clients.
- Monitor sales performance, providing regular reports and feedback to senior management.
- Act as a liaison between the company and distribution partners, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and build relationships.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
