As a company dedicated to driving change and fostering innovation, our client is seeking a passionate Diversity and Inclusion Manager to lead initiatives that promote equity, inclusion, and belonging within their organization and the industries they serve.
About the Role
As the Diversity and Inclusion Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategies to embed diversity and inclusion (D&I) into every aspect of the company’s operations. Working in a hybrid model with three remote days per week, you will collaborate closely with leadership and global teams to foster an inclusive culture and drive impactful initiatives that align with the company’s mission of empowering diverse talent in tech.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and values.
• Partner with HR, leadership, and project teams to embed D&I principles across recruitment, talent development, and organizational culture.
• Lead initiatives to attract, retain, and advance diverse talent, ensuring equitable opportunities for all employees.
• Design and deliver training programs and workshops on diversity, equity, inclusion, and unconscious bias.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of D&I initiatives, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering insights on best practices and industry trends in diversity and inclusion.
• Collaborate with clients across industries (automotive, AI, banking, retail) to advise on D&I strategies tailored to their unique needs.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to share the organization’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion, HR, or organizational development, preferably within tech or consulting environments.
• Proven ability to design and implement impactful D&I initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Strong knowledge of D&I best practices, industry trends, and legal frameworks within Europe.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.
• Experience collaborating with global teams and fostering cross-cultural understanding.
• Passion for creating inclusive workplaces and driving measurable change.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
