Diversity Equity and Inclusion Coordinator (Remote)
Remote
$35-42hr (Weekly pay + Benefits)
4 month contract (Potential for extension)
Full-time M-F 8am- 5pm Able to attend meetings EST

They are seeking a DEI Coordinator to support DEI team and focus on managing day-to-day DEI related tasks.
Primary Duties:
Being the point of contact for our Employee Resource Group leaders and members
Working with procurement and AP to ensure that ERG (Employee Resource Group) and DEI (Diversity, equity and inclusion) related invoices are paid
Establishing and maintaining meeting cadences for DEI-related meetings
Responding to requests for DEI data and information in a timely manner
Working with the events team to coordinate our participation in DEI/recruiting events and conferences
Working with the Head of DEI to develop resource guides, DEI-related documentation, data shareouts, and edit our DEI intranet pages
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
3-8 yrs experience in a Diversity Equity and Inclusion Coordinator or Diversity Recruiter for a Global company
Must have experience with supporting Global teams
Experience in managing projects within DEI
Excellent research skills; experience to dig deeper into information.
Must have experience with explaining, interpreting, analyzing demographic data and able to look at DEI data/explain findings to supervisor
Experienced supporting a growing DEI (Diversity, equity and inclusion) function with a well-rounded global DEI lens
Must be an excellent communicator, empathetic, professional maturity and confident
Requires excellent customer service and experience with defusing a situation with a frustrated employee
Experience being point of contact with AP and procurement to ensure invoices are paid.
Experience providing support for Employee Resource Group or similar leaders and members; following-up on unpaid invoices, supporting ERG with assistance in planning diversity recruiting events
Prior experience with supporting the events team to coordinate participation in DEI/recruiting events and conferences
Must be proficient with google suite (Gmail, drive, calendar, docs, sheets, slides, etc.)
Experience working in a role that requires being organized and prompt – a sense of urgency being key
Self-motivated and able to work well in a remote environment
Must be a warm relationship builder but a sharp executor who can take direction and run with it
Excellent communicator (both written and verbal)
