Donor Relations And Events Analyst Wfh (Remote)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Events and Donor Relations Analyst to become an integral part of our dynamic team. This remote role encompasses support for both the Events & Meeting Services and Donor Relations teams, which are pivotal in honoring and recognizing our valued donors for their generous contributions, as well as orchestrating exceptional events that reflect our profound gratitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic, data-informed assistance to the Events & Donor Relations teams.
• Lead the enhancement of data collection, analysis, and reporting processes while conducting training and exploring innovative solutions.
• Serve as an event planning advisor and liaison with donors, vendors, and various stakeholders.
• Aid in the coordination of events, formulating strategies, and assuring seamless execution.
• Occasionally support events during evenings or weekends, with prior notice provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Events, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, event planning, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and reporting software (experience with Workfront is advantageous).
• A combination of relevant education and experience will be assessed.
