Dropship Expert (Remote)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dropship Expert (aka Country Manager) to lead ShopBase’s expansion in the Turkish market. The ideal candidate has a strong background in e-commerce, specifically in dropshipping and print-on-demand (POD), and possesses excellent community-building skills. You will be responsible for developing and executing market strategies, building a network of sellers, and educating the market about ShopBase’s unique offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) and growth strategies for ShopBase in Turkey, driving market penetration and brand awareness.
• Seller Engagement & Acquisition:
• Leverage your background as a seller to engage with the dropshipping and POD community, attracting new sellers to ShopBase.
• Community Building:
• Build and nurture a strong community of drop shipping/POD sellers in Turkey. Experience in community-building is a plus.
• Market Education:
• Educate the Turkish market on the benefits of dropshipping and POD, and introduce ShopBase as a leading platform for these models.
• Partnership & Collaboration:
• Work closely with influencers, affiliates, and partners to promote ShopBase, expand the user base, and establish strategic alliances.
• Seller Support & Development:
• Provide support and guidance to sellers to ensure they succeed on ShopBase, and develop initiatives to help sellers grow their business.

Key Requirements:

• Seller Background:
• Proven experience in e-commerce, with a background in dropshipping or print-on-demand. Prior experience as a seller is essential.
• Connections with Sellers:
• A strong network of sellers who have experience in dropshipping/POD, with the ability to leverage these connections for seller acquisition.
• Community Building Experience:
• Proven ability to build and manage seller communities. Prior experience in community development is a strong advantage.
• Strategic Planning & Execution:
• Ability to develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies and growth plans for the Turkish market.
• Market Education:
• Expertise in educating the market on e-commerce models like dropshipping and print-on-demand, creating new opportunities for sellers on ShopBase.
• Partnership Development:
• Experience working with partners, influencers, and affiliates to expand market reach.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the Turkish market’s growth.
• Experience in the Turkish e-commerce landscape.
