❕This role is 100% remote and you will join a team that already works from 20 different world countries. 

THE ROLE

As a DTC Product Manager, your mission will be to shape the future of our e-commerce brand by developing and refining physical products that exceed customer expectations.

This role goes beyond product management—it’s about driving the brand forward. You’ll be responsible for transforming ideas into successful subscription-based DTC brands. You’ll oversee every aspect of the brand-building process, from product ideation and development to market launch and ongoing optimization. Leading a cross-functional team, you’ll ensure projects are executed seamlessly and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brand Building & Strategy: Develop compelling brand concepts and strategies that resonate with target audiences and stand out in the competitive DTC space.
  • Client Needs & Competitor Analysis: Identify product gaps and conduct an in-depth analysis of client needs, ensuring our offerings in our brands are always competitive.
  • Product Sourcing & Negotiation: Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure top-quality products at the best prices, aligned with our market positioning.
  • E-commerce Launches: Lead and execute new brand launches on the Shopify platform, optimizing strategies from day one.
  • Shopify Management: Oversee the creation, development, and maintenance of high-performing Shopify pages, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Subscription Model Expertise: Build and refine subscription-based brand offerings that drive customer loyalty and recurring revenue.
  • Team Leadership: Drive a small to mid-sized team with a focus on effective delegation, motivation, and achieving results.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with senior leadership to bring innovative ideas to life, especially on high-risk projects essential to Foxelli Group’s growth.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • E-commerce Launch Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience successfully launching and scaling e-commerce brands, with a strong preference for hands-on experience with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Market Analysis Expertise: Proven experience in analyzing client needs, identifying market gaps, and conducting competitive pricing benchmarks to optimize product offerings and drive sales growth.
  • Sourcing & Supplier Negotiation Skills: Expertise in sourcing products, building relationships with suppliers, and negotiating favorable terms to ensure the best quality and cost-efficiency for the brand.
  • Leadership Experience: Solid background in managing small to mid-sized teams, with a demonstrated ability to delegate effectively, motivate team members, and drive projects forward to completion.
  • Strategic Thinking & Execution: Strong ability to develop and implement strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring successful product launches and sustained growth.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Proficient in using data analytics to make informed decisions on product selection, pricing strategies, and performance optimization, ensuring continued growth and profitability.

  • One-sided video interview to record your responses at your convenience, allowing us to get a glimpse of your skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
  • 15-30 min intro e-meet with Foxelli Group Talent Acquisition team to discuss company, role, expectations.
  • Home Task.
  • 60 min e-meet with the Hiring Manager and Foxelli Group CPO to discuss: the vision of the role, your competencies, and technical skills. Have a both-sided Q&A session.

SALARY

€1,800 – €2,800 after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience) + bonus.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
