✅ As a customer service representative you will:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat and email with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Use automotive and digital product expertise to effectively solve problems.
Maintain documentation in the CRM system and collaborate to improve the customer experience.
Provide up-to-date information on offers and services to accurately support customers.

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (including meal allowance):

1010€ gross x 14 months – basic salary
Up to 100€ gross monthly performance bonus
Meal allowance: 7.23€ net/day (approx. 145€ net/month in a voucher card)
Transportation allowance: 20€ /month

✅ What do we offer?

Possible start: 30.01 & 30.02
Fixed full-time employment contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension (according to Portuguese law)
Full online recruitment process regulated & we send the equipment to your home!
Rotating work schedule: Monday to Sunday – 07:00 – 19:00 – days off – 2 rotative days (8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week, 5 days/week)
Private health insurance with dental plan
We offer a REMOTE WORK model from all over Portugal!

✅ What do we expect?

You speak Dutch (at least C2 level)
You speak English (at least B1 level)
You live in Portugal
You are customer-oriented and enjoy dealing with people

✅ EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal is mandatory
