The platform allows users to easily find, reserve, and pay for parking spots, helping to reduce the stress of finding parking in busy areas.

With a presence in over 20 countries, EasyPark not only enhances the parking experience for individual drivers but also provides valuable data insights to cities to improve parking infrastructure and reduce traffic congestion.

Your responsibilities:

Provide high quaility service to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, WhatsApp, chat, email, and social media for their inquiries and issues.
Regularly update internal systems to ensure accurate information.
Collaborate with other teams to support customers effectively.

Main duties:

Start date: 19.11
Fixed-term, renewable employment contract (12 months)
Work in our modern office in the center of Lisbon!
Free healthy meals in the cafeterias, such as soup, bread, salad and fruit;
Working schedule: Monday – Saturday, 09:00 – 20:00 (Full time: 8h/day, 5days/week, 40h/week) Days off: Sunday + Rotational day
Private health insurance (in addition to standard insurance)
22 days of paid vacation per year
Competitive salary: approx. 1300€ gross/ month

Our expectations:

You speak Dutch in proficiency
You speak English (at least B1)
You don’t need to have a previous experience, we offer training
