Role Summary:

The role of Duty Manager assumes a central position in the daily orchestration of our client’s vibrant grocery establishment. Your primary mission will involve ensuring the store’s seamless operation, coupled with the delivery of unparalleled customer service. Principal Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day store activities, encompassing team management, inventory oversight, and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

  • Implement and uphold the company’s guidelines and protocols to sustain high standards of in-store presentation, safety, and hygiene.
  • Administer stock levels, replenishment, and merchandising strategies to maximize revenue and curtail wastage.

Qualifications:

  • Preferable previous involvement in a comparable capacity within the retail or grocery sector.
