Lateetud is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 2 – 4 years of experience to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of CRM processes, data integration, and the ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders to meet project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Development and Customization:
- Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Create and modify CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and reports.
- Implement and maintain workflows, business process flows, and plugins.
- Develop and deploy JavaScript, HTML, and custom web resources to enhance CRM functionality.
- Integration and Data Management:
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems and applications using APIs, web services, and data connectors.
- Ensure data integrity and perform data migrations and data cleansing activities.
- Implement and manage data import/export processes and address data-related issues.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with business analysts and end-users to gather and analyze requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
- Assist with user training and documentation.
- Project Involvement:
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery.
- Assist in the development of project documentation and technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with new CRM features, updates, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Customer Insights.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customization tools and features, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and the Common Data Service (CDS).
- Strong understanding of CRM data model, relationships, and security roles.
- Experience with JavaScript, C#, and .NET framework in the context of Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Familiarity with SQL Server, T-SQL, and data integration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, etc.).
- Experience with Azure services and other Microsoft technologies.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
