Dynamics Scrum Master (Remote)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and certified Scrum Master with deep expertise in Dynamics CRM/Customer Engagement (CE) and a strong understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile teams working on complex Dynamics CRM/CE projects, ensuring smooth project execution and adherence to Agile and SAFe best practices.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams working on Dynamics CRM/CE projects, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Lead the adoption and implementation of SAFe practices across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Agile principles.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure that project goals, user stories, and backlog priorities are clear and well-defined.
• Work with cross-functional teams to manage Dynamics CRM/CE feature development, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Help the team identify and resolve impediments, fostering a continuous improvement mindset and enhancing team productivity.
• Drive transparency by tracking and reporting key Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down/up charts, and overall team performance.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams using SAFe to manage large-scale Dynamics CRM/CE projects, ensuring consistent delivery of business value.
• Coach teams on SAFe and Agile practices, encouraging self-organization, accountability, and ongoing learning.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business needs with technical solutions, guiding the use of Dynamics CRM/CE to meet those needs.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Agile teams and across the organization.
• Ensure collaboration between distributed teams (onshore and offshore) to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification is required.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, including managing projects in Dynamics CRM/CE.
• Proven expertise in implementing SAFe across multiple teams, leading large-scale Agile transformations.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with a focus on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure, and other Microsoft technologies is an advantage.
• Ability to handle conflict, manage risks, and ensure the team remains focused on delivery goals.
