Our client is Australia’s largest provider of aesthetic and medical-grade technology. They deliver cutting-edge treatment technology, skincare, accessories, and business support to over 4,500 stockists across Australia, New Zealand, and beyond.
They are now looking to hire an eCommerce Coordinator to handle the day-to-day eCommerce responsibilities to ensure customers have a positive online experience.
Job Responsibilities:
1) eCommerce Coordinator
- Develop and execute e-Commerce strategy with the CEO and other departments.
- Collaborate with the Financial Controller on eCommerce analytics and reporting.
- Conduct quarterly and annual analysis of website metrics to enhance customer experience and sales.
- Maintain professional relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
2) eCommerce Sales & Promotion
- Set and achieve sales budgets with the CEO and Financial Controller.
- Analyze weekly sales by product category and identify sales opportunities.
- Drive sales through targeted promotions, email marketing, and strategic stock management.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure stock availability and forecast requirements.
- Conduct Bi-Annual product reviews and present recommendations.
3) eCommerce Content Management
- Ensure detailed and accurate product descriptions, pricing, and content.
- Source images and engage photographers as needed.
- Regularly update eCommerce backend (WooCommerce) with product information.
- Create and manage promotions, coupon codes, and website policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website and payment gateway issues.
4. eCommerce Client Experience
- Oversee customer management in the shop.
- Quickly resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the online experience.
- Manage communications and process changes related to e-commerce.
5) eCommerce Reporting
- Complete accurate and timely reporting as per the Annual Success Rhythm (ASR).
- Drive the success of reporting initiatives within the team.
- Prepare and present metrics, insights, and project updates regularly.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
- 3-5 years in eCommerce, with a track record of developing and executing strategies.
- Proficient in eCommerce analytics, sales, promotions, and platforms like WooCommerce.
- Strong understanding of web metrics and content management systems.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva).
- Conduct analysis of website metrics, manage stock and sales data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure positive customer experience, troubleshoot website issues, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Excellent skills for managing relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and overseas developers.
- Ability to resolve technical issues and maintain brand integrity.
- Work with senior management to implement sales and cross-selling strategies.
