To continue our growth trajectory, we are seeking a skilled Ecommerce Specialist to manage our webstore, coordinate orders, and spearhead our social media and email marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the operation of the Goodlands webstore, including product listings, order processing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Coordinate all ecommerce operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment, managing inventory levels, and liaising with logistics and supply chain teams.
• Develop, implement, and manage ecommerce marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging product descriptions and appealing visual content that is optimized for SEO.
• Leverage social media platforms to promote products, engage with customers, and build brand visibility.
• Design, execute, and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns, optimizing these campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Utilize web analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using this data to guide strategy and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends and technologies to provide ongoing recommendations for boosting webstore performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably within the health & wellness industry.
• Proven experience managing an e-commerce platform.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce marketing strategies, including social media and email marketing.
• Proficiency with web analytics tools and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
