Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee our online sales strategies and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in e-commerce, marketing, and leadership, with a passion for driving growth through innovative online initiatives. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and time management to effectively manage our e-commerce platforms and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive traffic and increase sales across all online platforms.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce site, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Utilise Google Ads and other digital marketing tools to create targeted campaigns that boost visibility and conversion rates.
• Oversee content creation, including copywriting for product descriptions, promotional materials, and social media posts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Analyse website performance metrics using Google Analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Lead social media management efforts to engage customers and promote products effectively.
• Maintain the WordPress site, ensuring it is up-to-date with the latest products and promotions.
• Train and mentor team members to foster a high-performing e-commerce team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related field.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including Google Ads and social media management.
• Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams or projects effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £38,179.00-£41,657.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week
