What We’re Looking For

Our client, a US-based brand services company, is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to lead their direct-to-consumer (DTC) operations. This role is essential for managing the online store, optimizing processes, and driving marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Shopify store, including order processing, product updates, and content management
• Conduct industry research and implement initiatives to improve site performance and revenue
• Oversee customer service inquiries and optimize 3PL processes for efficiency
• Develop and execute the DTC content calendar in alignment with brand strategies
• Analyze metrics, track budgets, and identify growth opportunities through business reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing required
• 3-5 years of brand marketing experience, including 1-2 years in e-commerce
• Familiarity with Shopify, 3PL software, and project management tools like Trello or Monday
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to analyze market trends
• Interest in the wine and spirits industry and Mexican craft culture preferred
