E Commerce Marketing Manager (Remote)

What You’ll Do:

1. eCommerce Strategy & Execution:

• Lead the end-to-end setup, optimization, and management of Shopify stores and integrations with other marketplace platforms.
• Expand and enhance sales channels to maximize revenue potential.

2. Performance Marketing Leadership:

• Develop and implement cutting-edge performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google and Facebook.
• Manage digital prospecting, remarketing campaigns, and ensure optimal ROI through strategic PPC, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising efforts.
• Monitor and refine key traffic KPIs to ensure campaigns meet and exceed objectives.

3. Creative Campaign Management:

• Drive the creative development process, ensuring all marketing assets captivate the US audience and align with brand identity.

4. Data-Driven Insights:

• Analyze performance metrics to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and boost user engagement and conversion rates.

5. Leadership in Remote Dynamics:

• Foster a culture of accountability and innovation within the remote team, ensuring marketing goals and creative projects are delivered on time.

What You Bring:

Experience:

• 5+ years in a senior marketing role with hands-on experience in eCommerce and digital marketing.
• Proven success in setting up and managing Shopify stores and other eCommerce platforms.
• Expertise in performance marketing, with a focus on Google and Facebook platforms.

Skills:

• Strong strategic and analytical mindset to craft impactful marketing plans and measure success.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and CMS platforms.
