Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Manager – Amazon, eBay, Walmart Dropshipping Expert.

Location: India, Remote (Must be available during U.S. EST business hours, 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST).

Salary: The base salary for this position is $1,000 USD – $1,500 USD per month depends on experience, along with 1% of the net profit.

Your salary will increase upon achieving specific sales and profit targets, as detailed below:

• $1,750/month upon achieving $50,000 in monthly sales, along with 1% of the net profit.

• $2,000/month upon achieving $100,000 in monthly sales, along with 1% of the net profit.

• $3,000/month upon achieving $1,000,000 in monthly sales, along with 1% of the net profit.

Job Description

As an E-Commerce Operations Manager – Amazon Dropshipping Expert at Bolt Buy, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling our e-commerce operations. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team and managing all aspects of our Amazon, eBay, and Walmart dropshipping business from the ground up. Currently, we operate on Amazon US with sales up to $20,000 per month and aim to expand to Canada, Mexico, EU countries, and beyond.

We are seeking a candidate who is ready to start from scratch and help in building the business from zero to hero. In this role, you will:

• Establish the core e-commerce infrastructure, including the setup and management of our Amazon, eBay, and Walmart stores.
• Create and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase market presence, customer acquisition, and revenue across multiple regions including the US, Canada, Mexico, and EU countries.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for expansion.
• Streamline operations for efficiency, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics using tools like ShipBob, BigBuy, Zendrop, Oberlo, Spocket, CJDropshipping and other 3PL solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure product quality and favorable terms.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and profit maximization, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
• Hire, train, and lead a team dedicated to various aspects of the e-commerce business, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Ensure a superior customer experience from website navigation to post-purchase support, including managing returns and customer service issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager/Executive in managing Amazon, eBay, and Walmart stores.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools, particularly those related to dropshipping and order fulfillment (e.g., ShipBob, BigBuy, Zendrop, Oberlo, Spocket, CJDropshipping and other 3PL solutions).
• Expertise in managing cross-border e-commerce operations and compliance with regional regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
