Job Description:

• Oversee and guide the eCommerce team, providing training on best practices in product data management, site optimization, and digital analytics. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualification and requirements:

• 3+ years of eCommerce merchandising and digital analytics experience, with at least 2+ year in a leadership role, managing and inspiring teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn product data into actionable insights and optimize category performance.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring a flawless online platform while mentoring the team on data accuracy and presentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and vendors.
• Proven leadership abilities, including providing feedback, managing team performance, and fostering growth and initiative.
• Expert proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and advanced functions, with the ability to train and guide the team.
• Passion for industry trends and competitor strategies, inspiring innovation and adaptation within the team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, managing multiple projects while guiding the team on day-to-day tasks.
• Track record of driving process improvements and implementing new strategies to optimize operations.
• Willing to work from 8am-5pm Pacific Time, Monday-Friday (12mn onwards Manila time, Tuesday-Saturday)
