Job Description: E-Commerce Retail Buyer / Client Success Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our SoldThrough family. We are a fast-moving startup with a passion for bringing unique, relevant, and elevated brands from around the world to the U.S. consumer. We are transforming how brands execute in the digital marketplace and elevating the direct-to-consumer experience. As a CSM on our team, you will play a crucial role in leading our retail operations and contributing to our company’s growth. You will work closely with key clients to analyze and grow their businesses. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who believes no task is too big or too small.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with key client partners to grow their businesses within the US marketplace.
  • Lead Company’s product selection, pricing, and inventory management processes with key client partners.
  • Conduct market research and analyze retail trends to identify opportunities for product assortment improvements.
  • Utilize Excel to organize and analyze data, creating reports and insights for the Senior Executive Team.
  • Schedule and lead regular touch point calls with key clients.
  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to optimize sales and profitability.
  • Work closely with vendor partners to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
  • Lead Company’s planning and execution of promotional events, sales campaigns, and product launches.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure alignment with merchandising initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to make informed merchandising decisions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 Years prior experience in Retail Merchandising, Planning, Brand Sales, Client Success, and/or E-commerce Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • A background in retail with a good understanding of retail operations and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of retail math, including margin calculations, inventory turnover, and sales forecasting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external clients.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and data integrity.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to find innovative merchandising solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong communication skills
