About Us: HealthWay specializes in air purification systems and is committed to improving indoor air quality for individuals and businesses. Our B2C division under the Intellipure brand is rapidly growing, and we are looking for a dynamic and organized professional to join our team.
The role will focus on managing Intellipure.com and digital marketing efforts supporting the site.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, self-starter to manage our Shopify store and coordinate our B2C digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce, with 4-6 years of experience in a B2C environment. Experience with Shopify / DTC for a growing brand is mandatory. This role is fully remote, but the candidate must be based in Atlanta, GA for in-person meetings and team events. This position will report to the VP of Marketing and eCommerce in Atlanta.
Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Store Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly customer experience.
- Collaborate with our team to implement new features, promotions, and updates to the store.
- Ensure that the store is optimized for search engines, applying SEO best practices and utilizing SEO analytics to monitor and improve performance.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and information on the site, including pricing, product data, and transactional data.
- Coordinate with the Customer Care team as needed on site issues, including user experience and order issues

Digital Asset Management:
- Manage our digital asset management system in collaboration with our creative designers.
- Coordinate with agencies, external partners, and customers to collect assets, manage the upload process, and onboard new users.
- Ensure that all digital assets are organized, up-to-date, and accessible to the relevant teams.
Marketing Project Management:
- Track ongoing marketing projects using our online Marketing Project Management system. This will include the development of monthly creative campaigns, creative for partner marketing campaigns, as well as other ongoing activities.
- Ensure project deadlines are assigned and met, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
- Working with the wider team, identify and mitigate any risks that arise to ensure no or minimal impact to the business.
Social Media Management:
- Create engaging posts for key social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries or issues.
- Utilize social media analytics to measure the performance of posts and campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Experience with video production and publishing is helpful but not required.
Event Support:
- Provide support, as needed, to our External Events Manager, who oversees 20+ events and trade shows annually. Light travel may be required and will be planned well in advance.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with a large team of designers, writers, social media managers, email/CRM marketers, and other departments, including sales and engineering, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Proactively plan for busy times and/or times when key team members will be out of office.
- Experience with CRM systems is helpful but not required.
Training and Knowledge Development:
- The candidate will be trained on our air purification systems and indoor air quality (IAQ) in general.
- Experience with small appliances, air purification or adjacent spaces would be highly beneficial.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in eCommerce, with a strong understanding of Shopify and digital asset management systems.
- Experience with DTC eCommerce is required.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals as they relate to Shopify, including experience with SEO analytics.
- Experience in social media management, including content creation, monitoring, and analytics.
- Experience and/or exposure to large brands and brand management helpful.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A self-starter who works well independently and can get things done without constant supervision. Highly resourceful, talented problem solver.
- Experience and success working in a remote environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.
