Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer with a strong background in e-commerce, social media, and packaging design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing product images, lifestyle graphics, and A+ content to enhance customer engagement and boost conversions across Amazon and Shopify listings. You will also create visually captivating social media advertisements, develop packaging designs, and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Design: Create and optimize product images, lifestyle graphics, and A+ content for Amazon and Shopify to increase customer engagement and conversions
Social Media Ads: Design static and video advertisements for platforms like Meta and TikTok to drive brand awareness and sales
Video Content Creation: Utilize existing content to create social video ads and mashup videos. Provide clear briefs for content creators to produce additional video assets as needed
Packaging Design: Develop visually appealing packaging that clearly communicates the brand and product benefits while ensuring print production feasibility
Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive look and feel across various platforms, adhering to established brand guidelines
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product sourcing teams to understand project requirements and deliver tailored design solutions
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry standards, and best practices to continuously improve design quality
Feedback Management: Respond promptly to stakeholder feedback, making revisions as necessary to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to think creatively and develop unique, out-of-the-box design solutions
Previous experience working with Amazon and Shopify platforms
Strong video editing skills, with a focus on creating ads for Meta and TikTok
Excellent attention to detail, with a strong sense of color, typography, and layout
Experience in packaging design and a thorough understanding of print production processes
