About the Role:
We are seeking an Ecommerce manager to take full ownership of the ecommerce sales channel, maximizing conversions, customer purchase and navigation experience, and facilitating the business expansion worldwide.
This individual will coordinate with the email marketing team and with the CMO to launch store promotions and lead front-end and back-end development teams to create funnels and optimize the website through data driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Front-end and back-end development teams to maximize conversions and offer an exceptional customer purchase and navigation experience.
- Create processes and flows to collect and analyze customer data and create closed feedback loops with the marketing and engineering teams to improve conversion rate and make data driven decisions.
- Coordinate with the Email Marketing & SMS Agency to set up promotions and maximize revenue
- Use data to spot opportunities and run tests to optimize funnels and website conversion.
- Lead and manage the process of funnel and landing page creation working alongside the CMO, Copywriters and Developers.

Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of ecommerce performance metrics and proven expertise in utilizing Shopify and Google Analytics to drive website performance and optimization.
- 2+ Years of experience in eCommerce management, with a strong focus on Shopify for DTC products.
- Technical understanding for effective collaboration with web developers, including the ability to manage web development projects from conception through implementation.
- Track record of successfully managing product launches, website updates, and operational efficiency improvements.
- In-depth understanding of UX and web design principles and a passion for enhancing the customer journey through continuous website optimization.
- General knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Compensation:
Starting between €89,000-€120,000 according to experience and results. If merited, the role might evolve to Head of Ecommerce and receive a profit share and/or equity in the business.
