Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Ecommerce Manager to lead our digital strategy, enhance brand presence, and drive revenue growth within the luxury skincare market. This role combines strategic vision, analytical expertise, and operational excellence to deliver exceptional customer experiences across owned and third-party ecommerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to achieve revenue growth and strengthen brand visibility in the luxury skincare market.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing and creative teams to align with brand objectives.
  • Platform Optimization: Oversee the Shopify Plus and Amazon storefronts, ensuring seamless user experiences, improved conversion rates, and high customer retention.
  • Analytics & Insights: Leverage advanced analytics to track performance, generate actionable insights, and continuously optimize strategies.
  • SEO & SEM: Lead initiatives to enhance organic traffic and maximize sales conversions through search engine optimization and paid search marketing.
  • Performance Marketing: Manage key marketing campaigns, focusing on ROI-driven performance across channels.
  • Innovation & Collaboration: Foster a culture of creativity and teamwork, staying updated on industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Revenue Optimization: Identify and implement strategies for organic marketing, lifecycle marketing, and affiliate marketing to drive revenue growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key agency partners, vendors, and ecommerce platforms, including Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Customer Experience: Oversee the customer service portal to ensure a positive brand and consumer experience.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and ROI for marketing initiatives, providing clear insights for data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in senior-level ecommerce management within luxury or high-end consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
  • Skilled in performance marketing, with 4+ years of experience driving ROI for DTC businesses.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus (3+ years) and Klaviyo (2+ years).
  • Proficiency in managing Amazon Vendor Central (2-3+ years).
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and implement actionable strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in the beauty or consumer packaged goods industry preferred.
