What You’ll Do

• Strategize Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute innovative digital and performance marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and sales
• CRO Focus: Analyze customer journeys and implement conversion rate optimization strategies to enhance user experience and increase sales
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
• Project Management: Lead marketing projects from concept to execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals
• Content Creation: Create compelling content that resonates with target audiences, showcasing products effectively across various channels
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics, analyze data, and refine strategies to enhance conversion rates and customer engagement

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in eCommerce marketing and sales, with a focus on account management, project management, or content management
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to evaluate performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and performance marketing strategies
• Excellent communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and engaging content creation
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
