Ecommerce Operations Coordinator (Remote)

Responsibilities 

The E-Commerce Operations Coordinator will have as a main responsibility the maintenance of the company’s account health and the implementation and maintenance of dedicated brands’ online content and performance. 

• Perform a digital watch ensuring accuracy of online Amazon listings, maintain the quality of presentation of the products and monitor third party sellers. 
• Fix urgent issues with Amazon related to products availability. 
• Report sales and performance data to the company dashboard. 
• Perform inventory management tasks and be involved in forecasting processes. 
• Run and animate operations Dashboard and ensure the company’s KPI are under control. 
• Manage FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) bulk shipments to several fulfillment centers in North America 
• Communicate with internal colleagues on deadlines and daily activities 
• Communicate regularly and effectively with the manager in India and the managers in Canada on activities, results, work plans and monthly/yearly analysis 

Skills requirements 

• Be organized and pay attention to details 
• Proficiency in Amazon environment, tools and reports 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (Advanced: Formulas, Pivot Tables, Dashboard). 
• A willingness to learn new skills and tools driven by your own curiosity 
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage many ongoing projects at once 
• Excellent English communication skills, especially written 
• Demonstrate good interpersonal communication skills collaborating with multidisciplinary team 

Desired experience 

• University degree in marketing, e-commerce, or any other relevant field 
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce with a minimum of 2 years of experience with Amazon. 
• Other e-commerce experience (i.e. Google, Walmart, e-bay, etc) an asset
