We’re a super-fast-growing, fully remote systems integration agency specialising in integrating ecommerce platforms with ERPs and other business systems. We exist to simplify & accelerate retail business. And the call is there 24×7.

We offer integrations between some of the world’s leading brands: Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Brightpearl, Inventory Planner, CIN7, Deposco, Sellercloud and more. We have over 200 pre-built integrations and demand is climbing fast.

We are now a team of 60 but with our growth we’re aiming to recruit a new Integrations Analyst/ Project Manager to support and maintain our evolving customer needs.

About the role

We are looking for a driven Integrations Analyst/ Project Manager, with a passion for customer experience, business process and solution design and a real desire to work in the retail ecosystem.

• White glove end to end client project management
• Requirements solicitation and design validation
• Bridge between client requirements and development teams
• Integrations configuration & testing, building & executing relevant use cases
• Client training – online, creating async content (video or written) without complex jargon

Our customers are based in the UK and US so we need you to be comfortable working across these time zones.

Full-time and long term, remote contract position if outside of the UK, permanent employment contract if in the UK.

Who are you?

You are a talented Integrations Analyst with at least 5 years’ experience working with different commerce platforms (Shopify, Walmart, Salesforce etc) and 3PLs, WMS or shipping platforms. 

You may also have experience of working with different ERPs such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Brightpearl or CIN7. You might be a former ERP implementation consultant, a former QA with a passion for testing. You might even be a retail accountant with an appetite for operations and validating postings! We are a diverse bunch – energy and an appetite to learn are mandatory.

• Attention to detail (deep detail – json level) while still understanding high level solution landscape
• Fast learner – new software? No problem!
• Skilled in planning and prioritisation
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks & keep your stakeholders engaged
• Flexibility to keep up with shifting priorities and the ability to keep calm
• Creative problem-solving skills – sleeves rolled-up attitude, if you don’t know the answer straight away, you’ll research it and test it out
• Confidence presenting to a diverse group (our clients might include CEOs or IT Managers or operational staff members)
• Patience and clarity when training new clients but standing firm when their deadlines might be at risk

Professional Competencies

• Business English
• At least 5 years’ experience on the software detailed
• Proven leadership in onboarding new customers
• Presentation skills to prepare and deliver project updates
• Technical: you don’t have to be a developer BUT you should be comfortable engaging with our stellar engineers, describing issues, translating API documentation, supporting bug-fix and briefing in new scope where customisations are required.

This role is not suitable for someone who prefers a slow-paced, routine environment or struggles with managing multiple projects simultaneously. We are less concerned with having formal project management qualifications & more concerned with your drive and positive energy. And if you’re not familiar with delivering technology projects and in particular retail business systems then, this maybe isn’t for you. Finally, we are fully remote with teams across UK, India, Philippines and Canada, so if you need an in person/ in office working environment, this isn’t for you either.
