As an Ecommerce Recruiter, you’ll drive our talent acquisition, bringing fresh ideas to the table and constantly innovating our recruitment processes. We’re looking for someone who thrives on working smart and hard, is tech-savvy, data-driven, and has a sharp eye for detail. If you love combining creativity with strategy, experimenting with new approaches, and digging into data to make informed decisions, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with our company goals and culture.
- Talent Sourcing: Leverage various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top-tier candidates from both passive and active job markets.
- Candidate Experience: Create a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, measure performance, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and ensure successful placements.
Job requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience in recruiting with a history of successfully filling roles.
- Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and interviewing skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Data-Driven Mindset: A passion for using data to drive informed decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: A drive to explore new ideas and continuously improve our recruitment processes.
