Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Administrator / Inventory Manager & Lister to join our team. This key role involves managing our product listings and inventory across multiple sales channels, including eBay, Amazon, and our Magento-based website. The ideal candidate will have a strong will to achieve and thrive in a supportive working environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings on eBay, Amazon, and our website.

Ensure accuracy and real-time updates of product information.

Utilize inventory management tools such as Linnworks.

Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless operations.

Maintain and update data management systems.

Perform occasional cross-functional tasks as needed.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proactive and motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative.

Systems-driven mindset.

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Strong work ethic and inquisitive nature.

Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace.

Well-organized with exceptional time management skills.

Good IT skills, particularly in MS packages (Excel).

Strong attention to detail.

Flexibility to take on other roles/tasks occasionally.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with MS packages (particularly Excel).

Familiarity with CRM and online management systems (e.g., Linnworks, Zendesk).

Exposure to eCommerce platforms (e.g., eBay, Amazon) is an advantage but not essential.

Background in E-Commerce, Data & Systems, IT, Tele Sales, and/or the Motor Industry.

Salary:

Salary is dependent on ability and attitude to learn (D.O.A.) Bonus scheme in place for motivated personnel; offer is based on a 42.5 – 45 hour week, additional paid hours offered if requested.
