360 Education Recruitment Consultant – 100% remote – £35,000 basic plus bonus 30% bonus uncapped.

We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced 360 Education Recruitment Consultant to take the reins of a new education desk in a very warm patch. Covering the Manchester area, you will be managing and developing your own SEN desk however, you have the autonomy to branch out into the primary and secondary sectors too if you wish.

Education Recruitment Consultant role:

Based from home duties and responsibilities include:

• Building long term relationships with existing and new clients within the Education Sector
• Client visits to take full brief of job/person specification
• Negotiating fees
• Sourcing candidates, through social media, LinkedIn and job boards
• Screening CV’s
• Interviewing prospective candidates
• Negotiating salaries and remuneration packages
• Placing suitable candidates

What can I earn as an Education Recruitment Consultant?

The basic salary for the Education Recruitment Consultant role starts at £35,000 per annum depending on skills and experience. In addition, you can earn a personal performance bonus in the role if you hit your targets. Full details about the scheme will be revealed on application.

You will also receive a raft of other benefits to include:

• Highly competitive basic salary – starting at £35k
• Up to 30% commission uncapped with no threshold
• Flexible working hours to suit your own work/life balance
• No micro-management but full support to call upon if needed.
• No compliance to deal with as this is all outsourced
• Increase in basic salary to £45k when you reach 100 school days per week

About you:

• Min 2 years 360 Education Recruitment Consultant experience ESSENTIAL!!
• Proven track record of previous billings
• Self-motivated & enthusiastic
• Ready to strive for success in this 360 role
• Good at building relationships with candidates and clients
• Driving Licence essential for client visits
