Ellucian Colleague Functional Technical Consultant Higher Education (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep expertise in Ellucian Colleague, understanding its functionalities and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement solutions within the Ellucian Colleague environment.
• Provide Colleague implementation services including training, functional consulting, and technical support at client sites.
• Conduct system assessments, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective resolutions for optimal system performance.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend technological tools to enhance efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, updates, and advancements related to Ellucian Colleague.
• Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance to clients on Colleague-related matters.

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience within the Higher Education Industry.
• 5 or more years of advanced experience working with Ellucian Colleague.
• Consulting experience focused on improving business processes and efficiency.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within Colleague.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong customer service approach.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Pay And Benefits Available To Full-Time Employees

• Salary range: (90,000 – )125,000 annually.
• Comprehensive benefits package including Health, Vision, Dental & Life Insurance, Short & Long Term Disability, Paid Parental Leave, 3 Weeks Vacation, Sick Leave, Paid Holidays, and a 401(K) with a 5% Employer Contribution. Additional benefits such as Pet Insurance are also provided.
