Email Automations Deliverability Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a talented and motivated email marketing expert to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in platforms like Klaviyo, Iterable, and Braze to deliver world-class email marketing results for our high-value partners.

About the role:

You’ll play a critical role in supporting our team with all the activities associated with sending and analyzing email sends for multiple clients.

• Create and QA email flows

• Use templates to build segments and flows in Klaviyo
• Preview flows and test for quality
• Set up and test UTMs

• Report on how each communication performed bi-weekly internally and to clients
• Set up reporting for monthly client billing
• Audit email/SMS marketing efforts to provide actionable recommendations to accelerate success or identify gaps in performance

• Use Mailmonitor, Klaviyo, and Google Post Master Tools to create monthly deliverability reports for each client
• Diagnose opportunities to improve email deliverability across accountsPresent deliverability reports and solutions to clients

• Take a systematized approach to email and segment QA to ensure there are no mistakes in deployment
• Actively monitor live flows to identify potential mistakes on a regular basis
• Ensure no errors in client reports and communications

• Regular monitor the performance of active tests for statistical significance
• Provide insights on test results and next steps
• Review account KPIs to identify opportunities to improve flow performance

• Serve as a project manager to support the execution of email/SMS programs for multiple clients
• Get approval on email / SMS flows and segmentation from clients directly

The ideal candidate:

• You are an email wizard with 3+ years of experience managing the planning and execution of email campaigns via ESP systems with a highly organized approach
• You have worked directly in Klaviyo and Shopify actively setting up and troubleshooting complex flows
• You regularly measure and analyze email flows and make data-driven decisions
• You write and communicate clearly and simply
• You can manage tight timelines on concurrent campaigns
• You are competitive and love being really good at your job
• You’re super dependable and expect your manager to be the same in return
