We are an innovative and fast-growing company specializing in email communication. As part of our efforts to scale and optimize our email marketing operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Email Delivery Expert to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that our emails, including high-volume campaigns reaching up to 60 million recipients, are delivered efficiently and reliably, avoiding spam filters and maximizing inbox placement.
Job Description:
As an Email Delivery Expert, your primary focus will be the technical aspects of email deliverability. You will work to ensure the smooth delivery of millions of emails daily, tackling issues related to spam, blacklisting, bounce rates, and overall performance. You will bring your expertise to improve our email sending practices, utilizing tools and strategies that guarantee the best results in terms of delivery and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Deliverability Management: Ensure optimal inbox delivery for large-scale email campaigns (60 million emails), continuously improving delivery rates and reducing bounce rates.
- Spam Prevention: Identify, analyze, and mitigate issues related to spam filters, blacklisting, and other obstacles to email deliverability, using proactive solutions to avoid deliverability pitfalls.
- Tool Optimization: Utilize industry-standard email delivery tools, platforms, and technologies (e.g., SendGrid, Amazon SES, Mailgun) to optimize email sending practices and ensure the highest level of performance.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve email delivery issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to ensure timely and accurate email delivery.
- Data-Driven Approach: Monitor and analyze key email performance metrics, including delivery rates, spam complaints, and inbox placement, using data to inform decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, IT) to implement technical best practices and share insights for improving email campaigns.
- Strategy Development: Propose and implement innovative solutions to optimize email delivery at scale, including email list management, segmentation, and compliance with industry standards.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Stay ahead of potential deliverability issues and offer strategic recommendations to prevent problems before they impact campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in email delivery, email infrastructure, or technical roles within email marketing, with a strong focus on email deliverability.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of email delivery protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), email authentication, IP warm-up strategies, and best practices for email delivery optimization.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze email performance data and troubleshoot issues related to spam filters, bounce rates, blacklisting, and other technical challenges.
- Familiarity with Tools: Proficiency with major email delivery platforms (e.g., SendGrid, Mailgun, SES) and monitoring tools that measure and improve email deliverability.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical issues related to email delivery and optimize high-volume email campaigns.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Preferred: Experience in email list management, IP reputation monitoring, and email deliverability testing tools (e.g., GlockApps, Mail-Tester).

Salary:
· Poland: 7000-9000 gross PLN/month
- · The salary is flexible and negotiable, it is based on experience.
